    1.7     18/10/99    - Fixed second argument of the hook
                          MUIA_CManager_AppDoubleClick: A2 will point
                          to the calling CM.mcc object.
                        - The .mcc didn't reload the prefs when clicking
                          on "Save".
                        - Now it uses SpeedBar.mcc.
                        - Fixed a ~16Kb memory leak in the MCC.
